Getting support

How to reach us, and what to include so we can help you fast.

Support happens on our Discord. Open a ticket and you talk directly to the developer, not a bot.

#What to include

You'll get an answer much faster if your first message has:

• Which script and which version you have
• Your framework and inventory, for example qbx_core with ox_inventory
• The error, copied from your server console or the F8 console in game. A screenshot works too.
• What you already tried

#Before you ask

Most problems are solved in a minute by checking these:

• Is every dependency started before the script in server.cfg?
• Is ox_lib up to date?
• Did you add all the items?

#Buyer role

Link your Discord when you sign in at checkout (it's optional). As long as you're in our Discord server, Tebex gives you the buyer role automatically after your purchase.
